KwiqApps Inc. ("we" or "us") take your privacy very seriously. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy. This policy covers the use of our website (www.kwiqapps.com) and our Applications (or Apps) we sell on Apple's iTunes App Store.

Types of Information We Collect

When you sign up for our newsletters, we ask for your email address and your name. When you send us support questions and/or feedback and comments through email, we will also have your email address and name.

When you use social networks (such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) to interact with us, we may collect information that you disclose through and permitted by these platforms.

In our Apps, we do not collect nor transmit users' personally identifiable information.

Information Collection By Third Party Software

On our website we use Google Analytics to analyze visitors' usage of the site. We do not collect personally identifiable information through Google Analytics. In some of our Apps, we may use third party SDK such as Flurry to collect usage data. We do not collect personally identifiable information through Flurry.

Sharing of Information

We never share your personal information with any other companies. If someone buys all or parts of KwiqApps, we will transfer information collected to the acquirer.

Children's Privacy

We strive to provide educational and fun Apps for kids of all ages. However, the use of our Apps does not require personally identifiable information to be disclosed. Moreover, we do not knowingly ask for personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child accidentally send us an email and their parents or guardians notify us of such incident through email at support @ kwiqapps.com, we will delete the email immediately.

In-App Purchase Inside Our Apps

We may have In-App Purchase options in some of our Apps, which cost real money. If you wish to disallow such purchases, you can go to your iOS Settings app to disable In-App Purchase option.
